Red Birthday

A great birthday card for a teenage girl!
A red base as the beginning.
I stamped the girl on white card stock. I colored her with peach colored pencil for her skin, light blue colored pencil for her jeans, green colored pencil for her boom-box, red colored pencil for her shirt and tattoo, and light brown colored pencil for her hair.
I then cut her out and mono adhesive her to a square of white card stock.
I then layered that square over red card stock and again with white card stock.
I then mono adhesive the whole thing to the red card stock base.
I stamped "Happy Birthday!" on white card stock.
I cut that out and made it funky by cutting really close to the words.
I then layered them to red card stock and cut close again.
After that I layered the red onto white card stock.
Mono adhesive it to the red base and I'm done.

Purple Birthday

A beautiful birthday card, perfect for a teen.
A light purple card stock as the base. Spotted scrapbook paper mono adhesive on top.
Grey card stock cut into a oval shape then mono adhesive to the center.
I stamped the cake on white card stock. I then colored it with peach for the cake itself, purple for the candle, yellow for the flame, and lime green and jade green for the frosting.
I mono adhesive the cake to the grey oval shape. Now the gray oval shape is a plate!
Stamped "Happy B-day!" on white card stock with black ink. Cut it out into a rectangle then layered in on the same light purple as the base. I then mono adhesive it to the spotted paper.
Perfect birthday card for anyone!

L.O.V.E.

This card could be used for Valentine's Day or an Anniversary or just to say "I love ya!".
I began with a black piece of card stock. I stamped the lips in the bottom left hand corner in red. I did this about 3 times to make them stand out completely.
I the mono adhesive the black card stock to red card stock.
On a scrap piece of red card stock, I stamped the letters "L", "O", "V" and "E" all in black ink.
I then cut them all out and then placed them in an ark like pose.
Liking this, I mono adhesive them down.

Flower Birthday

This is a card that I made that can be used for some ones birthday.

I began with a light blue card stock as the base. I placed a lighter blue on top of that.
On a piece of white card stock I stamped the lily with black ink.
I then colored the lily petals with and orange colored pencil, the stem with a jade green pencil, the pollen things with a yellow colored pencil and the center of the lily with the yellow and the orange that I used for the lily petals.
I stamped the "Thinking of you on your Birthday" with black ink onto a scrap piece of white card stock. I cut it into a square and mono adhesive it to the top of the light(est) blue card stock. Then I mono adhesive the lily layering it on the square of words and the two blue card stocks.
Simple, yet satisfying.
